Shipping Charges: We are pleased to offer FREE SHIPPING on all prepaid orders placed at myskins.in. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a nominal charge of ₹59 will be applicable. Please note that we do not currently accept international orders.
Delivery Timeline: The delivery time for your order typically ranges from 5 to 10 business days, depending on your location within India. These estimates are subject to variation due to local holidays or unforeseen circumstances.
What Happens If You’re Not Available During Delivery? In the event that you are unavailable at the delivery location, our courier partner will make additional attempts to deliver your order. Usually, they will make a second attempt on the next business day and a third attempt on the following business day, if necessary. Please be aware that the number of delivery attempts may vary based on the courier company’s policies.
Understanding RTO (Return to Origin): RTO (Return to Origin) occurs when our courier partner cannot deliver your shipment for reasons such as:
- Customer not reachable by phone
- Incomplete or inaccurate address details
- Cash on Delivery amount not ready
- Customer requested a future delivery date
- Customer requested self-pickup
- Customer refused delivery
- Door/premises/office closed
What Happens If Delivery Is Not Claimed? If your shipment is returned to us due to an RTO status and remains unclaimed after subsequent delivery attempts, you will be responsible for the cost of re-delivery. Additionally, a reverse shipping fee equal to the original shipping fee will be charged in such cases.
