  2. Pick-Up Arrangement: Once we confirm the defect, we will arrange for the defective product to be picked up from your location within 4 working days.
  3. Inspection and Processing: After we receive the returned product, our team will inspect it to verify the defect. This process usually takes about 3 working days.
  4. Replacement Dispatch: Upon confirmation of the defect, we will send out a replacement product to you. You can expect to receive your replacement within 3 working days after our inspection.
